Event Format

Each 2 hour luncheon is divided into 3 individual sessions.

The 1st session – 12 noon to 12.40

Attendees are greeted by the host and given a table-seating plan and told which table they will be seated at during the luncheon.

Open networking with all new companies attending being introduced to existing members.

The 2nd session – 12.40 to 2.00

All attendees will be sat for luncheon with 6 or 7 other guests.

Each person has 2 to 3 minutes to give a presentation on their company and the products or services they provide.

The presentation is given to the guests seated at the table and not to the whole of the room.

Once all guests have given their presentation there will be open table discussion.

A member will give a 10-minute talk on their products or service, changes in their industry, etc

The table seating plans are changed for every luncheon.

The 3rd session – 2.00 onwards

Continuation of open networking session.

The bi-annual EXPO events

These events are extended networking luncheons where members take the opportunity to exhibit their products and services.

Due to the increase in numbers attending, the event starts at 11 am and finishes at 3 pm to allow time to visit the stands and to network with the other attendees.

The networking luncheon remains the same.
